Terms and conditions for Coast 2 Coast Technologies services

By using Coast 2 Coast Technologies ("C2C") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

C2C provides telecommunications services including but not limited to:

  • Fiber optic internet services
  • Business telecommunications solutions
  • 5G wireless services
  • Technical support and customer service

3. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or specific performance levels. Service availability may be affected by:

  • Scheduled maintenance and upgrades
  • Network congestion
  • Weather conditions and natural disasters
  • Equipment failures
  • Third-party service interruptions

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account information
  • Pay all charges in a timely manner
  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in illegal activities or abuse of network resources
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Allow reasonable access for service installation and maintenance

5. Billing and Payment

Service charges are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due by the date specified on your bill. Late payments may result in:

  • Late fees as specified in your service agreement
  • Service suspension or termination
  • Collection activities
  • Credit reporting

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or content distribution
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Spam, phishing, or other malicious communications
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
  • Network abuse or attempts to compromise security
  • Reselling services without authorization

7. Service Termination

Either party may terminate service with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement. C2C may immediately terminate service for:

  • Non-payment of charges
  • Violation of acceptable use policies
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Breach of these terms

8. Limitation of Liability

C2C's liability for service interruptions, data loss, or other damages is limited to the monthly service charges for the affected period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to customers with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
